As marketer’s we are early adopters, technology addicts, gadget junkies, and always in search of the latest tool to make our job easier. But we should not always pass that energy along to our clients. In digital marketing you must start with the start with the problem and pick the media(s) that best make sense to reach the customer.
Stay “Social” with Social Media
I’m a Social Media Nerd! Sometimes I think about where social media is heading. I listen to others, bloggers and podcasters. With so much new developing around social media, I sometimes have to focus on one area to truly get me mind around where I think it’s headed.
Word of Mouth
Word-of-mouth marketing and social media are often confused. Businesses should focus on word of mouth, a social media campaign should only be used if it garners word of mouth.
One Great Commercial
With the advent of so much social and diversification of media channels for campaigns, to see an emotion evoking commercial is not just refreshing but done right brilliant. Obviously targeted young me and sports enthusiasts, I really enjoy this one. Will probably be one of my favorites.
